My go to pizza place in the area. Great crust, I think they put garlic butter on it.
I moved out of state a few years back, and was excited to eat Asconas pizza again. However this place is not what they used to... be in regards to the pizza. I was very disappointed. Asconas pizza is now just average in my opinion, but the prices stillcorrelate with top tier pizza. Go to garlex across the street or tandoori pizza a few minutes away. Read more

I have good childhood memories of eating here. But my recent experience left a lot to be desired. The pizza wasn't that great... and the service was about what I remembered. The pizza is really what brought me back but it turned out to be nothing like whatI remembered. The pizza used to be just completely covered in cheese and pepperoni. Nearly every one of the pepperoni turnedinto a little crater of grease which was a beautiful sight to behold. When I got the pizza yesterday it had some cheese on itand some pepperoni but it reminded me more of pizza that I got from my elementary school cafeteria I did the Asconas that I usedto get. It?s the details in the works that truly determines their success. I tried to appreciatethe work, but Ascona is a failed artist; every single item is missing some crucial detail. From a plate of wings that are coldnear the bone to a pizza that lacks flavors. There is always something missing. Chefs here are youthful, full of energy butlacking in experience. The whole restaurant is filled with kind workers and gives off a very nostalgic atmosphere that is boundto draw families in. While the service is always accommodating, it doesn?t change the fact that the food here is inadequate. Read more
