The customer service was friendly, warm, and helpful. The food on the other hand was a disappointment. I have never had a... burrito so bland and in need of real flavor. The meat was lean and cooked to perfection however, it lacked flavor. The Pico deGallo should be renamed to chunks of tomatoes and onions, again absolutely no flavor. I would have been better off going toTaco Bell for lunch. The Horchata was recommended by staff and thankfully they allowed me to sample it prior to making themistake of purchasing it. Yeah, no flavor there as well. The green salsa seemed to be missing several ingredientes, one notablewere the chilies. Worst Mexican food i?ve eaten in many years. Maybe there?s a new cook or owner? I usually like their chili relleno and crispy... chicken tacos, but these were worse than Taco Bell. Greasy, no lettuce or tomato, chicken with mostly plastic cheese substitute.Relleno had less than one-inch of green pepper and was mostly greasy batter in flavorless sauce. Not even edible. Excellent food! Had a pastor burrito that was the size of a football! It was amazing! Went back and had the chilly rileno. These... people know how to make some darn good food. Nice restaurant for lunch and dinner. Staff is super friendly and very quick. Nottoo expensive either. Definitely returning when I'm in this area. Read more

If you want excellent Mexican food with great service, then don?t miss Los Panchos. This store has a good selection for... vegetarians along with all of the other staples such as burritos, enchiladas and chimichangas. There are multiple salsasavailable and their bean dip is amazing - though not vegetarian. I?m always amazed at how big the servings are and how good theservice is here. There are a lot of places to get Mexican food and I cannot think of anywhere I like better. Read more
