This location is severely understaffed. Mobile order wait times are 2-3x longer than indicated in the app, even at slow times.... Starbucks should close this location until it can resolve employee and staffing issues that seem to be plaguing the company. They shouldn?t burdening customers with inaccurate wait times and long lines, especially at these prices. I?ve been in the area of this Starbucks quite frequently lately now that I?ve started treatment at Align Healing Center. It?s... an easy place to stop for coffee as long as you don?t mistakenly show up right as school gets out for the day. Then it?s amadhouse. Otherwise, it?s a clean and nice place and the music seems better than normal. They played Planet Earth the lasttime I was there and that?s a win for me. The parking lot is always busy and I love being able to drop into our Compass officethough I usually just go to my own Compass office in Walnut Creek. Read more

I sometimes go here before work but today I went and had gotten a strawberry refresher and while I'm drinking it I notice some... of the strawberries are brown and spoiled. I wouldn't go unless they actually check the freshness of their produce Read more

Service was great! The barista was so nice and helped me with the starbucks app. This location is right next to the high school... making it very confident for students and parents. They have a clean inside and outside dining area. I got the blended green teamatcha latte and the total was $4.72. It was a little watery but I think it would be better not blended. Read more

I go here before school almost every day. They hardly ever mess anything up, and when they do they are very good about fixing... any mistakes in my order. The baristas are always very friendly and they know me by name. Definitely a good place to get food orjust hang out and use WiFi. Read more

precisely as efficient as it needs to be. unlike so many others, this one has a great location easily accessed by downtown... pedestrians and cyclists, or even students from SRVHS. it is also a personal perk to be able to slam a double espresso andimmediately launch onto the Iron Horse trail for a run. One of 6 Starbucks in Danville. This one is right across the street from San Ramon Valley High. Be prepared to be with... surrounded by teens after school during the year. Staff is friendly and attentive. Happy to take and deliver custom coffeeoffers with a smile. Place could be a little cleaner, but this is a high foot traffic location from the school and being inDanville Square (across the parking lot from TJs) with the surround neighborhood it also serves. Hence, one less star. Sellsand serves all the usual things found at a Starbucks -- coffee and frappuccinos, teas pastries, prepared foods - sandwiches, canned drinks, Starbucks merchandise and coffee beans, etc. Plenty of seating (tables, comfy leather chairs) indoors andoutdoors with big umbrellas to help block out the Danville sun. Free wifi. Has an area to pick up mobile phoneorders. Pleasantly surprised to see 2 unisex / ADA restrooms. So there is never a line for a particular gender. Only con - nodiaper changing table in either unisex restroom. = ( Parking, including handicapped parking can be found within the DanvilleSquare parking lot. It also be tough to find a parking space throughout the week depending during the hour of day. 8/30/2019Update: During the school year, it can get crowded and very loud once SRVHS lets out - the students walk over and startordering! I had a quick, short visit here. Nice neighborhood and all in a shopping area. My drink was excellent and the employees were... friendly. I appreciated how one employee was training another employee on how to do things properly. I liked the high tablesand chairs. There was a classy look about it. This has been the first place in a long time that I noticed isn?t set up toaccommodate people working on laptops. It was refreshing. Read more
