Food was OK and drink was included with no extra charge. No waiting and service was fast.
Everything went up a dolarge. The portions are way smaller. Had to use the touch screen to order while the workers leaning... against the soda machine. I ordered from the Uber Eats for Taco Bell, but I only received the tacos and not my drink. I like the food, but both the... employees of Taco Bell AND Uber Eats drivers need to double check on the orders and make SURE that all of the items of thecustomers are there and NOT MISSED. I use to work at a fast food restaurant so I find this hiccup unacceptable. promptly and courteous service at this location. no problems experienced, clean overall and quite presentable Amended review... for the covid era. Management has a major issue. Visited recently and was mortified and the hygiene standards. Due to covid,this location prepares all beverages instead of letting customers do it themselves. Great idea...IF the staff all wore gloves.Witnessed a young cashier handle cash with bare hands then immediately prep a drink with an uncovered straw for a customer. Nohand sanitizer during any of this. It gets worse: the customer in front of me was of at-risk age for covid, easily over 70.Since taco bells are franchised, i tested a theory at two other locations, and the problem is here. The food here is generally hot and fresh, with good speed of service. We came in last week and there were no guests, only three... employees standing around talking and one restroom was closed and the other was filthy. We cancelled our order and left. Wegave them another shot tonight and they were relatively clean, so we ate in and everything was okay. Hit or miss at thislocation. Read more
