Awful! 4 vehicles pulled forward to wait! Well now its 5! Why we gotta wait this long fir fast food! Ridiculous! Why when i... pulled up, there were 5 employees coming in from outside doing who knows what no wonder we had to wait! Ridiculous! What's wrongwith these people they have a job they should be working! About a month ago, the drive through wait was so long people pulled away before getting it. Then she could not hear us well, and... I kept having to ask if she heard my order. I had simply asked for some extra items on the burger. I got thr worst bun ever. Itwas clearly very old. And dry. And the top was not even in one piece, it was in 3 pieces. Not a satisfying meal.???? Management is a joke and needs to be replaced. She's as lazy as the workers she hires. On numerous occasions I have went inside,... only for employees to be sleeping in the lobby, talking on the phone in the back or just plain goofing off. All the while,customers are waiting for orders. I waited 15 minutes for my order. It took over 5 minutes before I even saw an employee, whileI sat there staring at my online order on the screen that should have been already done and ready for pick up. It then tookanother 10 minutes to get an employee to make the order. The drive thru was dead and I was the only customer inside. This placeand their employees need reevaluated. Read more
