Just used the drive thru for our fast food munchies. We had to wait a few minutes in the designated parking area for our order. ... It was well worth the wait. Our food was fresh and hot and the French Fries ???? ???? were heavenly. This is the bestMcDonald's in the area. Mmmmm Good ????!!! Read more
Gave my food to the wrong car. After I watched the other car pull all the food out and take it back in they brought it right to... me. When I asked did the other car just go through all my food and you just brought it over to me? They said ya sorry. Notreally a picky person but after random people in a car touched all my food I would like a different meal please. Read more
The food was good and hot and fresh but the staff needs to be made to shut the music off we ordered three mcdoubles and two... McChicken and two fries and the cashier only rang up two mcdoubles two McChicken and two fries then when I told the manager theydidn't ring my order right she wanted to make us pay for something we clearly stated to the cashier. Slow getting orders through, we went through the drive through at about 1pm on a Saturday and we had to wait at the pickup... window a good 3 minutes for a happy meal only... You could tell that the people behind us were annoyed. Read more
They renovated this location and it looks great, but it?s already went straight to some of the employees heads. Evidently having... to handle cash instead of card requires the cashier to have an internal melt down and roll her eyes in the agony. That?s notmuch to complain about though. This disgrace of a Big Mac is the real problem. The tiny dab of Mac Sauce in there is likethrowing pennies at the less fortunate. Read more
This location let us down tonight, unfortunately. Our fries were only half full, somewhat cold/room temperature, our drinks were... not correct nor were they even full, and both drinks had about 4 ice cubes combined. We politely asked for the correct drinksand were asked to pull around? With all the construction we weren?t even sure where we were being directed to, also, pull aroundthe building to wait for a sprite? Come on McDonald?s. Both meals were just slightly okay, service was not up to par. Never haveI been pulled around the building for a sprite that never even came, until now. Employees are rude, entitled. Unless headquarters does major changes, not spending my money there. Culver's is better
