This place went downhill, but tonight was the worst by far. Almost no sauce on the pizza and it was stale and cold like they... made it in the morning and left it out all afternoon. We ordered online for delivery. It said 25-30 minutes. They transferred our order to Doordash and then didn't deliver. When we... asked for a refund, the "manager" was extremely rude and hung up on me. Very disappointing because Pizza Hut used to be legit. Read more

My pizza was not fully cooked and had no sauce. The replacement I picked up had so little sauce it was essentially soggy cheese... bread. Pizza Hut used to be a great dinner choice, but with their re-open after covid I honestly regret ordering from them. Read more

After dealing with Pizza Hut from another state, we were ready to write this company off forever. So happy we ordered from this... location because it was literally the best pizza we've ever had. Friendly staff, too! Thank youuuuu Gilbert St Pizza Hut! Read more

Well? I don?t agree with the hours of this location first off because I?m pregnant and craved pizza at noon one day and they... were closed. Anyhoo? gave them a try today and the two Caucasian workers were a lil rude. The woman was on the phone so shecouldn?t take our order, which was fine cuz I wanted to look at the menu. As I?m looking at the menu, she tells us he can takeour order, 4 times. My husband snapped because she was rushing us when we said one minute, we?re looking at menu. The guy whoeventually took our order, spoke so low like he didn?t wanna talk to me but the white guy whose order he took before me, he wasall helpful and moving with purpose. I honestly probably won?t go back here, that?s just me tho! My pizza was good tho, I justlove good customer service and today that wasn?t it. Read more

The pizza was great. We hadn't tried Pizza Hut for a long time. Now it's our pizza of choice!!!

Not a very good experience. I go in to order and they have no menu board to look at and have no menu?s to look at. I ordered a... personal pan meat lover pizza and brownies. They tell me it will be ready in 15 minutes. At 15 minutes I go back to the counterand they say they are just waiting for the brownies. After a total of 32 minutes I finally get my food. I ask for napkins and amtold they do not have any. I get to my pickup and am going to eat in it in the parking lot because it?s carry out only. My pizzais cold ( room temperature at best) because of having to wait for my brownies to cook. Plus the pizza had a few onions on itsomehow. My guess is from the cutter they cut it with. I went ahead and are it because I was hungry and didn?t want to waitanother half hour. After NO MENUS, LONG WAIT COLD PIZZA WITH ONIONS (not ordered) AND NO NAPKINS I will think twice beforecoming here again. I would advise everyone to maybe consider going somewhere else instead of coming Here. Read more
