The only good thing I can say is the food was hot. Out of apple pies. Out of sauce for the spicy chicken sandwich. Out of change... so had to put it on our card. The woman taking the order was short (in her questions and responses) and rude. This place hasjust gotten worse and worse. What happened to Popeyes??? The food isnt worth being treated like that. I feel like this location is getting better. I've been in the past and experienced many of the issues with other more negative... reviews, but it's mostly been in the area of customer service and wait times. Tonight, I waited about 7 minutes for an 8-piecefamily meal and everything came out very fresh. I haven't tried the mac and cheese in a long time, but it was REALLY deliciousin tonight's order - like, seriously, almost better than mine (and I make a pretty good mac and cheese). Our chicken was cookedperfectly - really juicy and great crunch on the breading. The biscuits were just okay, but that side dish more than made up forit. I want this location to succeed! Read more
The workers are nice, HOWEVER, the actual store rarely has boneless chicken, very limited side orders, and there?s never any... frozen drinks. On the flip side food is always fresh. Read more
I came through drive thru this evening and I had to wait to place my order, mind you no other cars in drive thru or anyone... inside the store. Placed my order and drove up. Once I paid I was told to move forward (without food) and stay out of the viewof the cameras. Waited... another car pulled up behind and I was told to park in front that my food would be brought out to me.Waited some more. Continued to wait. Again I want to emphasize NO OTHER CUSTOMERw were inside or ahead of me. Finally my foodwas brought out to me come home to enjoy my meal it was the driest I've ever seen or had. Just awful. Worse then two day old gas station food. Was like tough beef jerky. Look at photos, the breasts would indicate a... flat chested fowl for sure. $62 down the drain. I was embarrassed to serve it to our guests. Coleslaw was ok, potatoes werefair but not enough for one person. Will not go back, even if it was free. Workers had bad attitudes. Read more

Went 11-3-20, Purchased a family meal, manager made us pay $1 extra for what was advertised on their own drive thru menu.... Cashier seemed confused about the price and meal to begin with so I should've anticipated issues right then. They forgot toinclude biscuits, went in to get them. They gave us 5 horribly burnt biscuits. Not worth going back. I do not recommend. Chickenis burnt and tastes like old grease. Disgusting. They have forever lost my business. Read more
The Big Box lunch! Gotta love it. For $5 you get 2 pieces of chicken, 2 sides, and a biscuit. Who could ask for a better deal?...
