The food isn't bad, a little greasy tho. The place could be cleaned better.

The food was delicious ????, however we ordered off the $4.00 menu on one of this kiosks and our food totaled over 40$ for 4... people ???? and then we didn't even get everything we ordered. The manager said there was nothing he could do ....... Read more
The new owners have made some great improvements. The drive up staff is so efficient and friendly. The food excellent!

Tried out the kiosk at Steak 'n Shake tonight. For sure different. The food was hot and good, but it was not clean. Stuff on the... floors under the tables and the floor was sticky and dirty. Will probably try again later to see if it changes. Read more
