Love the subs. Never go to the one on east main. Poor service. Then they close any time they want. The manager needs fired
If I could give no star's I would, went here last night and the food was horrible along with the customer service. The food... looked like it was made by a 3 year old grand daughter. Out of two different orders no sandwich was made correct and on top ofthat they mixed the orders up by putting both orders in the same bag! Who does this? I called back today and was informed thatthe manager was off until Thursday do to family reasons, but never said my assistant manager or district manager was available.Never returning again and if you can relate you would not either. The food was fine; not particularly good or bad. What got my attention was the two workers; one without gloves, and neither... wearing a mask. Instead, they have tables set up in front of the food prep area, apparently to make customers keep theirdistance but also making it impossible to tell if mistakes are being made. All in all, a thoroughly unprofessional visit. I'llprobably be back, but if they're still just wandering barefaced, that'll be the last time. Read more

The store experience was great. It was clean and well equipped with ready to go happy staff. Everything was fresh except the... bread. I got a King's Hawaiian sandwich. That was a bad idea for me to try something new. Never again. Read more
