When I ordered they got it wrong, I ordered my fries fresh cooked and they were cold and soggy, not the new crispy fries they... claim. Staff really we're not acting professional. Hamburger was not fresh and juicy, but rather cold and dry and burnt. Noreturn for me. Read more
I have been coming to this wendys for over 20 years now. I grew up in the apartments across the street. I have seen this wendys... change over the years and now it has become the worst fastfood franchise here. The service is abysmal. The food is lacking inevery way. Cold, wrong, forgotten, etc. Every time I have come (breakfast, lunch, or dinner) during these past few weeks I havehad to wait anywhere from 20 minutes up to over an hour (was pulled forward every time and the last time they forgot about me)after paying to get my food. It's never a a big order. Just a sandwich and fries. Wendys has always and will always be myfavorite fast food franchise. Unless they do a MAJOR overhaul to the last one we have in Danville, I doubt it will be here muchlonger. Read more
I have always loved Wendy's ever since I can remember as a child. Their beef patties and fresh vegetables have set them apart... from other fast food hamburger chains for years. Unfortunately in the town I live in, Danville Illinois, we are down to oneWendy's which greatly lacks professionalism from its staff and also zero concern for the cleanliness or upkeep of the diningarea or any other area of the store from what seems to be open to close every time I'm there. I can't remember the last timeI've had a fresh cheeseburger from there with fresh vegetables everything seems like it's been sitting in the window for hoursand actually last time I was there I could only eat half of my cheeseburger deluxe and had to throw the rest away it was sodisgusting. This is very sad because had this store had management that knew how to hire good workers and workers who caredabout the freshness and taste of their food Wendy's would still be one of my favorite fast food restaurants I don't think I'llever return to Wendy's again unless it's in a different city two thumbs down Read more
Worst experience possible Never again, by far worst crew to ever work. Twice they forgot to bring food saying they brought it,... like I'm standing there for fun??????????????. I had to stand there to make sure we got food. And they forgot half. I understand fast food is hard, but to be openly rude to customers is new low. The service at this location is terrible. There seems to be no order in the kitchen and staff seems genuinely confused on what... they are supposed to do. I ordered ahead online so that I could pick up quick, but 40 minutes of waiting prompted me to goinside. No one knew where my order was. After several minutes of searching the order was found. And of course it was wrong. Madeit home and found that the apple slices in my daughters kids meal were moldy and starting to ferment. My family and I will notbe going back to this location. Read more
I ordered a Large double baconator meal which is already expensive and these mf?s had the audacity to put 2oz patties instead of... the 4oz patties I paid for. I will never order from Wendy's again I had went to the drive-thru I order some food and they took so long so I decided to go... in so I can get a refound on my food and all the doors was locked and it's after 10am so then I have drove back around to thedrive-thru and ask for a refund and when I asked for a refund they asked me why didn't I want my food because it's ready and Itold them I've been sitting here the whole time waiting on my food but no one brought it to me and they told me that theykeeping it so it could stay warm But still why is it sitting there and I'm in the drive-thru waiting on it Read more
