Great times with friends and family.
We went today, 4/23/2022. Beautiful and sunny 80 degree day just before 1pm. There was nobody in the drive thru and nobody out... front. We approached the window and nobody was in there. We waited a couple minutes looking around and didn't see anyone. The"Open" sign was off. I checked online and it was reported as open. At this point we decided for whatever reason they wereclosed. As we were walking away someone came up to the window. We turned around and walked up and I said "Oh hi sorry we thoughtyou were closed, your sign is off". Whoever it was that was working, younger female. was EXTREMELY rude. Instantly startedyelling that we are supposed to knock because she's the only one working and she's NOT turning on the sign. Then proceeded tocontinue yelling about how if she needs to go to the bathroom when she's the only one there the sign can't be on and peopleshould know to knock. I ended up just leaving and not ordering because of how blatantly rude she was. I understand you may beunderstaffed but that does not mean you should take that out on a paying customer (especially when they are the only customerthere at the moment). Ordered their "chicken nuggets"... frankly, unedible! Were not completely cooked.
