The teenagers that worked there were so nice, however, management (specifically Lauren) was an issue. Maybe sandwiches would be... delivered in a timely manner and customers would feel more comfortable going in if they put somebody mentally stable in charge.Surely, it can?t be hard to find someone who can make a sandwich AND pass a drug test. Until that happens, I?ll stick to Subway. Read more

The food was great but the service was horrible. My daughter and I went just before closing (yes I?ve been in food service and... know it?s a pain), we did not realize they were soon to close because hours are not posted on door. Online states they close at10pm but they closed at 9. We ordered 3 sandwiches that were tasty but the lady at register kept her face in her phone til Iasked are you ready? The gentleman making sandwiches kept giving us dirty looks and slamming our food around. The dish washerslammed his cup with no lid which made fluid fly out. I would stay away from this store during lunch time or whenever Lauren is the manager. She is very rude and disrespectful and... has no concern for customers, only for the bottom line. I had a sandwich that was made incorrectly by another store (Speedway)a reasonable distance away. They were incredibly nice btw... just made a mistake on my sandwich. I came into the Danvillestore to ask if they would handle the issue for me and the 2 younger employees were very happy to help me and even apologizedfor what had happened. I thanked them and even told them there was nothing to apologize for. The young man started to make mywrap for me when Lauren approached him and told him to stop immediately. She then approached me and informed me that they wouldnot be fixing another stores mistake and if I wanted the wrap from them that I would have to pay for it again... full price. Read more

The worker who checked me out on 5/9 around 3:30pm was not wearing a mask. You would think a corporation like JJ?s where they... handle food would take extra steps to ensure their employees are being safe and protecting their customers. I will not be goingback to this location. Read more

I live 10 minutes away and it took an hour and five minutes to get my delivery. I called after 50 minutes and they said it was... delivered. I told them it wasn?t and they discovered it was still at the store. They said they were understaffed and didn?toffer any sort of refund. Then they delivered it to my neighbor two houses down. They rang the bell and left it at their door soI?m thankful they were home. Guess Jimmy John?s isn?t an option for delivery any more. Read more

Phenomenal service every time. Think something is wrong ? No problem. Just ask amd they'll fix it. Fresh food sliced everyday?... Can't ask more than that. Speedy delivery and carryout order. And a super cute pink haired guy works there. Read more
