They had really turned things around for a while. Stores good staff are freindly mcdonalds just sucks in general
This is the 2nd visit within a week where the order is wrong. Its "Double" cheeseburger , because there is 2 pieces of cheese.... Its literally more expensive by a few cents because of this. So maybe quiz your people making burgers. Also the fries this visitwere soggy and barely warm. Maybe it's just a few off days with new staff but giving you feedback to improve. Read more
Food was very good. Service was exceptional. Staff very friendly and helpful. This McDonald's was sooo clean. Will return.
8:30 am, took ridiculously long in drive thru, order taker was not trained properly, had to keep repeating my simple combo... order. Cookies were over cooked, not fresh, hard as bricks. Don't have two drive thru speakers if you can't manage who orderedwhat. Reciept unreadable to do survey. Read more
Service is always very fast and I've never had a bad meal here.
Got our order wrong! But it's fast food everything can't be perfect all the time.
