VERY disappointing experience. I ordered a medium hand tossed cheese pizza and a 20 oz Pepsi. I tipped the drive well. Then, I... opened the box to a mangled heap of inedible garbage. One half of the pizza had slid into the other side. I tried to right thepizza but trying to remove the pizza on the top took the cheese off the pizza on the bottom revealing a grease laden,undercooked crust. There was NO salvaging this pizza. I tried to call the store and could not get through. I WILL call corporatetomorrow/Monday if necessary. I ended up with a $26 Pepsi! I am elderly and on social security and cannot afford to treat myselfvery often so this was doubly disappointing. I have ordered from Pizza Hut for literally decades and this was THE most offputting experience I have ever had. Pizza Hut on Carrollton in New Orleans - always quality products, Mobile, AL. on CottageHill Rd. - always quality products, same with Ormond Beach, FL., Brandon, MS.....
