They are way short staffed so we had to wait a little. We were starving and they did have our drinks and appetizer out quickly.... The server was great (and we tipped accordingly, like everyone should!) and the food was pretty good. I ordered the all you caneat boneless wings. I was unhappy to see they have been changed to be more like chicken nuggets, but I haven't eaten atApplebee's in quite some time. You get 10 in a regular order and it's only $1 more for the all you can eat. I ate an additional5, so the $1 extra was worth it. Their French fries are really good and I like their coleslaw too. And they have really goodsweet tea. Surprisingly, even though we had two takeout orders in addition to our food, it was very reasonable. Read more
It wasn't busy between 3n4 pm. Hostess seated us and never made eye contact later had words with a man, dressed in street... clothes with a name badge I couldn't read, I'm assuming this was management on the floor. We had 2 appetizers three entrees andtwo desserts my husband and my daughter ordered a drink from the bar my husband's drink was good my daughter's drink should nothave been served and that's all I have to say about that. Are appetizers we're good mine and my daughters entrees wereovercooked the chicken was not a golden brown it was a change the oil Brown. Our server was sweet and apologetic but truly sheshould have never served the drink she second guessed it herself nor should she have served the chicken or the french fries justbecause of the way they looked. My kids were so excited to hear I was taking them to Applebee?s. We got there and I waited 15 minutes to be seated. I watched... the bartender and a waitress looking at me and they just looked at us and said absolutely nothing. I began to wonder if guestswere supposed to sit themselves as no one ever approached to sit us. They did not even acknowledge us. They just kept on staringat us. Finally my kids said let?s go somewhere else because we are starving and I do t think they will sit us. We ended upleaving g and I took them to Cracker Barrel where they greeted us, sat us and took our order quickly and efficiently. So sad anddisappointed at Applebee?s Read more
Having read the recent reviews, we were nervous about trying this location. However, our server, Misti, and Shane, manager(?)... were absolutely amazing!! Everything was served with perfect timing and the food was all hot and fresh. We will definitelyreturn here. Read more
It was a horrible experience. My friends and I sat at a table in the bar area. We sat there for 25 minutes at least and nobody... came to our table. People just kept walking by and looking at us but not stopping to get an order. I finally flagged a waitressdown to get a manager. Food was all very good. I had the Oriental Chicken Salad. It was very well prepared and had a lot of carrots and purple cabbage.... The service was also quite good though there were a few items we ordered that did not arrive until we pointed out what we hadordered. There was also an incorrect salad served to us instead of a southwest bowl. I only took off one star because these werequickly corrected once we identified the issue. Prime Rib Dipper, bread was a little hard. Au jus was runny. Prime Rib was okay. Not the best I have had. Whisky Bacon Burger,... everything was the way I liked. No complaints. Server was excellent. Not a lot of people there, during lunch, but service wasexcellent. Triple Chocolate Meltdown, cake was moist. Ice cream and hot fudge was good. No complaints.
