Stopped in traveling on business. I am picky about my steaks. I was not disappointed! I ordered my steak rare and it came out... perfect. That doesn?t happen very often for me when eating out. The rolls were great, the salad bar was great, my stuffed bakedpotato was perfect. I was so impressed that I had to try the cheesecake and it was phenomenal. This little steak house could putMorton?s out of business if it was next door! Thoroughly impressed! Better yet- it was priced fairly too! I would eat here anyday and recommend it to anyone. The food was great! We stopped in for the first time tonight and really enjoyed our experience. The restaurant was clean and had... a fun atmosphere. The salad bar was amazing! I mean seriously the bar is worth a visit all by itself. Our server was veryfriendly and attentive to our needs (our drinks were refilled continuously, and we were checked on several times while we ateour meal). I had the 10oz Sirloin meal with a baked potato and the salad bar. According to the menu, their steak?s are aged atleast 30 days. This resulted in a delicious beefy flavor. My son had the steak bites meal off of the kid?s menu with a bakedpotato and the salad bar and he said it was really good. I highly recommend trying this place out if you?re in the area. Cattleman?s was wonderful. We called for reservations for 17 of us about 30 minutes ahead of time. They were very accommodating,... the server I believe her name was Tiffany (I could be wrong) was great at keeping our drinks refilled, everything came outperfect, she was such a sweetheart . We go out to eat a lot but this one was different because we were coming from my father inlaws funeral and the kindness of the staff was what we needed and they didn?t even have a clue. So thank you for being kind,providing a table on shorter notice for so many of us, and the great food! We will definitely be back again:) Read more
Had rack of ribs with baked potato, wow it was good; however, had to put half in a to-go box and leave because it was 58 degrees... inside and 97 outside. Told waiter that was also freezing and he said management wanted it cold to keep bacteria down and tablesflipping quickly. I will say, no one was staying long. I like it very cool; however, it was uncomfortable in the restaurant. Ever table close to us was complaining. We ask to be moved outside, which was lots better even at 97. Silverware, glasses andeverything else frosted over when we walked outside. Overall, kind of worth it, 3 other tables came outside, once we cameoutside. Read more
This was our first time at a Cattleman's Roadhouse and it was a great experience overall. The decor was wood ???? themed. The... one wall was cool as it was a lot of various tree cross sections and sizes. There was also a nice decorative fireplace ???? inthe back wall. The steaks were all tender and well seasoned. Mine was undercooked when it initially arrived, but they put itback on the grill and it came back the medium I had ordered. Billy was a great waiter and stopped by often to check on us. Never met a more unprofessional management. Trent needs go back to hospitality class. We was given salad shrimp in place of the... jumbo shrimp cause they was out. Charged the same. Hopefully a call to corporate in the morning we can straighten this out. Ilove cattlemans thats whats the most disappointing. Sundays after church it was the place to be. Poor management can ruin thefuture of a company or a restaurant Update 4/11/22. After a courtesy call from corporate I am pleased the way this was handledby the company itself. The whole situation could have totally been avoided if management would have been considerate of thecustomer. Maybe hospitality is not the field this particular manager should pursue. Food quality has dropped. Server disappeared several times. Waited 45 min to get seated. 12 minutes for our server to appear. ... Drinks only got refreshed once during the 74 minutes we were at the table. Took 11 minutes to get our check. Read more
