I wasn?t going to leave a review because I hate leaving negative reviews, but I feel like someone needs to know. We went on a... Sunday a couple of weeks ago. We were seated right away, but we didn?t see a server for 15 minutes. No big deal. I ordered a teaand my wife a margarita. We ordered food with our drinks. Another 15 minutes goes by and my food comes out, but not my wife?s.Still no drinks, the waitress apologized and blamed it on the bartender. Okay, no big deal. We ask where my wife?s plate is andshe goes to check on it. She comes back and says the kitchen was behind and it will be right out. We guessed she forgot to putit in because another 10 minutes goes by before we get her food and our drinks. My wife noticed that the table beside us gotsome bread and water as soon as they were seated. We asked if we could have some bread. Again, it was the kitchen?s faultaccording to the waitress. At this point we realized our waitress was the problem. Never got any refills and every issue we hadwas someone else?s fault. She dropped off the tab without asking us if we wanted anything else. We wanted dessert, but at thispoint we were both upset. We had to ask for the right tab because she gave us another table?s tab. The food was decent, but theservice really ruined our experience. I love this restaurant, we do not have these where I live in PA, but when I visit my family in KY I always make it a point to... dine here at least once. The wait staff are attentive and the food is great. The restaurant is fairly new and has a nice decor,including a large fish tank with cichlids. 2022: Went here again and loved ???? it. Coconut Shrimp ???? was crispy, anddelicious. Our waitress Farryn was very attentive and efficient. Awesome! Will definitely go again. Read more
We ordered take out, but sat for appetizers and drinks. The restaurant was packed. The atmosphere was great, I didn't want to... leave. Staff are friendly and attentive. We fried cheese curds while we waited. Delicious. We ordered the 16pc chicken stripbundle with broccoli cheese casserole and cheesey bacon fries. A free appetizer was included. 6 honey butter croissants...myfavorite. Highly recommend. Read more
We've been here several times and it's always consistent! Clean, nice service, and not a long wait! We ordered the spinach... artichoke appetizer, baked potato soup, homemade chicken pot pie, smoke house burger, and kids coconut shrimp. The homemadechicken pot pie is such a perfect comfort food and hug to the soul! The baked potato soup was killer! The burger was ok and thethree of us ate for under $40! We will definitely be back! Cheddar's is great! Their rolls are melt in your mouth to die for! I could have made my meal on them alone! My sister and I had... lunch, and neither of us are big eaters, so we ordered from the kids menu. We had chicken fingers and fries and they were verygood. We each got 3 pieces and a good helping of fries and it filled us up. We will be going back again. The menu was prettyextensive with fair prices. The staff was very helpful and prompt. Great place!!
