I have visited this Sonic many times over the past 18 years. I can honestly say, I have never been disappointed in my food or my... service! The staff have always been friendly and helpful. If there was a mistake, they always corrected it then and there, butmistakes have been few. Read more
My wife got a corn and tots, she ate it but said she had better in other Sonics. I got the Sonic cheese burger, took one bite... and had to spit it out, the meat was ruined. They did give me a refund, I won't eat at the Danville, KY Sonic again!!!!! Read more
Food is good. Staff is nice, however for some reason this is the only sonic I am unable to go through the drive thru for a... mobile order. The stall lanes are too narrow for modern cars. I really wish this location would change that policy. It's sostrange to me. Read more
It?s hard to write this, but this location is a consistently bad experience. It?s hard to find help in the service industry,... but there?s some opportunity here. Starts with a solid management team. It?s even hard for them to take payment sometimes. Something, easily fixable, is wrong here. Beautiful location- whatever the sales are, I bet you can easily do 1.5x if you wouldjust focus on getting customers out the door, out the parking lot. Read more
