One of the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Foods always cold, or not made right. No bacon on sandwich that gets bacon, hard... buns, got a salad time before this order, ordered the avocado one said they were out got different salad, they had put avocadoon the chicken, took it off the chicken, flipped the chicken over hoping I would see it. Portions are much smaller than in the past and the prices continue to rise. Service was great but cleanliness needs to be worked... on. Bathroom was in need of cleaning and no paper towels to dry hands. Read more
Empty restaurant and still extremely long wait time to both order and receive food. Food was extremely below average - cold... fries and incorrect bun on sandwich. Flying insects were noticeable in the dining area and around the drink station. Read more
My wife and I ordered from this Wendy's today 6/26/2022. My wife ordered the chicken blt no tomatoes what she get a chicken blt... with tomatoes, second I ordered a diet coke I'm a diabetic they told me the cup with the diet punch was my diet coke it wasn'tit was my wife's Dr. Pepper. My wife chicken was do over done and dry she couldn't even bite into it . The fries were so nastyand cold . This is highly unacceptable . Haven't had a Wendy's single in quite some time since most stores close early. We stopped in Danville Ky while driving through. ... The burgers were way over cooked and dry. Fries were okay but would have been better if they were hot. It'll be awhile until Itry Wendy's again???? Read more
Asked for a salad with no cheese. They loaded it up with cheese. How hard is it to follow a simple direction? Also, the fries... were hard and tasted like they dumped all the salt in the world on them. Read more
This is an old school Wendy's and they generally have fantastic service.
