Had brunch there this morning. Not good. Waffles were thin and had unmixed batter in them. Steak and eggs...steak was cold in... center. Wait time for food was considerably long...over 35 minutes and then for our table 1/2 of us got our food and the other1/2 had to wait another 10 minutes. All food should be brought out at same time. I don’t know why there’s any negative reviews on this place, but then again, “hurt people hurt people” or whatever that... saying is. Bluntly, I’m sorry your visit here wasn’t as amazing as mine & give it another shot, or even a fair chance.Typically if you are honest in person, most managers will make up for your bad experience & you wouldn’t have anythingnegative to say. I’m visiting friends & family from out of state & I was absolutely blown away with Cherokee Tap Room as awhole. ?????????? for service. ?????????? for staff friendliness & attentiveness. ?????????? for drinks; choices, menu, taste,effectiveness ;), aesthetics, etc. ?????????? for food menu. ???????? for food. ?????????? environment/vibes. I want to pick upthis place, staff included, & place it in the state I reside. In fact, every state needs a Cherokee Tap Room. Their seasonalselections on drinks are phenomenal! Alynn, the bar manager, makes all of the drink recipes & I’m honestly sad I wasn’t ableto try “1 of everything”. I don’t know how much more I can say about this place, but I absolutely will be back. Fun little spot! We had dinner with friends and had a great time. They have picnic tables outside for covered outdoor seating... and the night we went they had live music. Good draft list and very reasonable pricing. We'll be back! Read more

This place was POPPIN. There was a wait, so definitely call in advance to guarantee a seat. Due to being short staffed, the wait... times were long. However, they were doing the best they could considering the amount of people in the restaurant. The best fooditems my group had were the pickle brined chicken sandwich, the Cuban, and the Korean BBQ chicken and chips. The Korean BBQchicken and chips was a group favorite and I highly recommend it! The peanut sauce was SO good. Drinks were also fantastic. Iwould come here again even if it's just as busy! Read more
