Worst experience ever at Dunkin in Danville, Pa. Difficulty redeeming special on mobile app, asked employee to assist or just... redeem the special that was running and was told that nothing could be done. Manager refused to speak to me and counter personrefused to even give me her name. No customer service whatsoever. My 7.00 per day will be going to another franchise. Read more
Staff does a poor job of getting the order correct on multiple occasions I ordered the tomato and avocado toast just to have no... tomatoes and they manage to screw up a single coffee. The traffic is chaos and needs to be addressed. This will be my lastvisit in a long time. Read more
Danville has one of the worst Dunkins around this whole area. If I could give it no stars I would. We have stopped here 3 times... now and every single time the workers have an attitude, our orders are messed up. 3 times we have ordered French vanilla icedcoffee 1st time they gave it to us hot, 2nd time I have no clue what they did but it tasted burnt, this last time I can't evenbegin to describe what happened with our drink. Very crowded parking lot but people were polite and we went every other car. Sausage egg and cheese on a croissant. Very good.
Hands down, Dunkin has the best coffee and service! Always hot and always fresh, and they will add extra shots of cream or... sweetener at no additional cost. They also have extended hours so you can get early or late. Thank you! Read more
