We reached on 8:30pm and store close at 9:00pm, still employee said they don?t have bread to make subs, there were bunch of... breads left in the back and they told us that it?s for tomorrow they can?t make it now! This is not anyone can expect from fastfood service restaurant!!! Read more
My experience was awful. The lady with long nasty finger nails was training some kid and she up and left him. She walked away... while he was putting my sandwich together and he knew nothing. He didn?t know what any of the sauces were or basic vegetables. Iwill say he certainly knew what onions were because he put about 3 pounds of them on my sub. Nasty. He was so confused the wholetime and just slapped it together. Finally when I was ready to check the lady magically re-appeared, I guess she wanted mymoney. Nice! Years ago I used work here and it was never this bad, they really let it go. What a shame. Read more

employees do not have their hair covered, long gross fingernails, stuff on their wrists that hang into your food. The guy... working there yells at you "what do you want"? The food is good, but there could and should be some regulation about fake nailsand having a hair cover on. Read more
My food was great, but the female employee with the long hair and fingernails was rude and unprofessional. She goes to say all... the food is cross contaminated,???? really you openly just said that. All because I asked her to change her gloves aftertouching the nasty door handle on the warmer that everyone touches, along with touching pork products and I don't eat pork. If you?re going to say you open at 10am, then make sure your employees arrive early enough to be open at ten. Two weeks in a row... now on Saturdays, it?s been 15-20 mins after 10am that the door has been open. There are many hospital staff that have to followstrict schedules on when to go to lunch and rely on your posted times to know when they can refuel. Do better. Read more
