I am in my 50's and have been to KFC 100s of times. This however was the worst food and experience I have ever had. The... chicken was burnt, as I watched the manager throw it in a bucket and hand it to the drive thru employee, I asked for normal KFCchicken, not burned. I then watched her put new chicken in a bucket (which I happily thought I was getting) that was not thecase. They pulled a switcheroo and gave the person behind me the fresh chicken and we were left with 7 (not 8) pieces of thehardest, most disgusting pieces of chicken you could possibly imagine Read more
Food and service definitely sub-par. Will try another location but KFC close to loosing a customer.
The food could have been seasoned more. The biscuit could have cooked a little longer.

Ordered two hours ago and still haven?t received my food. And when i tried calling they won?t answer their phones. They keep... telling my dasher that it takes a while to make. Yet it was only a 12 peice bucket with 4 sides. This is supposed to be ?fastfood?. No one would even wait this long in a DINE IN restaurant!. Horrible service. Horrible management. Read more
