Waited 1 hour for 2 pizzas for carry-out. During lunch. On a Monday. I ordered through the app while sitting in the parking lot... because there was a sign that said "lobby closed" but no employees were there until 20 minutes after I placed the order. Read more
The food is really good, I'm happy with the pizza and wings. Exactly what I expected when ordering. The lobby hours are... afternoon/evening only. It would be helpful to have an additional sign that during the times the lobby is closed, use the drivethough window. I couldn't see the window from the main parking area. Read more
When you hire someone, you need to teach them when they are taking an order,they don't put that person on hold and don't come... back and finish taking their order and everytime the person call back they are put on hold three times.When they do tell whatthey order and they get the pizza, it's the wrong one, the person took the order lie about what the person order, but she'styped it in the computer. Then the manager want to talk nasty to the customer and tell you no refunds cause "DOOR DASH "delivered the pizza.I use to order from "Papa John" every other week end, but never again. Read more
I love Papa Johns pizza.When the New Yorker pizza came out,it was $10.Now the price has risen to $16.98.It's really good and... the slices are bigger but for them to charge that much for one,they need to make the pizza two times more bigger.New York pizzais way bigger.But Papa Johns crust and sauce are sooo much better now.They aren't an Italian restaurant,so they need to lowerthe price of the New Yorker pizza to maybe $12. I have never been treated so badly and embarrassed by a delivery driver. I ordered lunch for my coworkers and the driver was... rude and didn?t bring other items I paid for then belittled me in front of the staff and customers in the store! I will neverorder from them again. Read more
I took my grandsons girlfriend to pick up some things that she had kept there because she was working there. When the young lady... went in to pick up her things the manager told her she couldn't come inside. She told her I'm just here to pick up my belongingsand then leaving. That Manager isn't treating all of her employees the same. She works her daughter there and let's her get awaywith always working the window. Her daughter is rude !
