Just a big shout out to riverside drive location!! As always the staff were very helpful and kind with my order as I been there... many times!!! Yesterday I made the BIG MISTAKE of going to the airport rd location. The employee was rude acted like she did notwant to be there and very skimpy on my toppings. And didn't say thank you for my order. The numerous staff at riverside locationare ALWAYS kind and helpful. Keep up the good work!:) Read more
Always a pleasure to come in here. The staff is super nice and friendly. They work very hard and I have never in the half dozen... times or so I have been here the last several months had an bad or even unpleasant experience. At my visit at Subway, I was treated poorly by a worker. Who slung my sandwich across the counter and it landed up against... another employee that was working on another sandwich. Then as my sandwich was being prepared she splashed dirty water all overit, as she was rinsing a knife. Furthermore, they charged extra for extra tuna when i didn't receive it. Food was decent, which is not really a good thing. Presentation was horrible. Ordered a tuna melt and they did not even use a... press machine to make the sandwich and made it a hot, soggy mess. Customer service was awful, one acted like they could not hearme although I was speaking loud enough, acted like as if they did not know how to make sandwiches. Another one acted like as ifmy mother was not there so she decided not to get anything cause the people there got on her nerves. The only good thing was thetaste of the food, but that?s not all the customer is looking for in good fast food. Something is going on with Danville?s fastfood services and they need to fix it. I was surprised to learn that this is the busiest store in the city. But I see why. The sandwich artists don't skimp on... ingredients, and people appreciate that. Yes, it's a good location, too. I've had awesome service, and I've begun served by oneborn without a personality. But I don't hesitate to eat from this store. You should give it a try. Read more
