I was running a door dash and when i got to this place the order wasn't ready. They had a lot of people behind the counter but... most of them just walking around staring blankly... Then when they finally finished my order, they forgot the drink. I had towait so long to get that too. I go to this location often bc they are open late, I always get the same combo, chicken chalupas, I normally ask for them to... make sure the chalupas are crispy bc they sometimes aren't but this time I forgot to mention it and got 3 soft chalupas. I wentback thru the line and asked them to cook the chalupas a little longer, even said I don't mind if they use the same toppingsfrom my current chlupas to put back in the recooked shells bc that wasn't wrong. I didn't mind if they looked like they scrappedoff toppings and put them back on just as long as shells were cooked. They literally just put the food either in a microwave orunder a heat lamp and brought it right back out with the bag sealed up. I checked them the second time and just shook my headand left. I knew upon seeing that bag sealed they would still be wrong. The original bag they handed me out the window was openand the young lady at the window didn't even look at me when she handed it to me. On round two the lady was nice about it andtold me to have a good night but I could hear her over the speaker with other guests and I don't think she should be the oneworking the window. I tried calling the store but no one answered. I will just take my business to the Piney Forest location.Their staff is much more considerate, they just close much earlier. Read more
"come on now" Just when all you added for years ,1oz.meat. Now you're watering it down. So I'm gonna make one of my home made... taco salads ,bring to the restaurant and show them how it's supposed to be made. No offense to the employees,but definitely thefranchise owner. Read more
Food is always good ...when I order here. Friendly staff and professional. I came during busy lunch hours ...waited over 10... mintues for order of 3 soft tacos...it was fine ! need to sit and clear mind for a few anyway! Love the baja mountain dew blastdrink. Didnt use restroom while I was here so I'm not positive on how bathrooms are kept up...should be ok ! It was cleanedwiped down before I sat down and rest of area was also including outside...Taco bell is another option for something you usuallyget but know what to expect...Its tacoooooooos! Read more
