Food was okay. They employees always seem to have attitudes though. I also don't like the fact that when you try to call... corporate to complain, the line is always busy. It's as if they left the phone off the hook just so people can't get in touchwith them to complain. I wish I could rate 0 stars. Read more

This is not an isolated incident this has happened more than three times I like Wendy's and I like their food just for instance... the last time that I went ordered a solid got the salad home the lettuce on the sides were rotten try to call corporate officeand let them know could not get through to anyone same when I tried to call the restaurant on Piney Forest could not get throughto anyone very disappointed in their customer service and their product I do not recommend Read more

How can a place be ran like this and still be in business?! I visited this location to try and pick up a moble order, key word:... try. When I arrived, printed signage on the entrance stated the dine-in and carry out closed at 8pm. I arrived at 7:30pm, 30minutes before close. I could underatand if it was 5 minutes before close, but it was a half hour! The door was locked, and Iwas charged for my order. Basically, I was just robbed for the price of my order. I had to contact customer sercice to get arefund issued on my card, and hopefully I get the card charge dropped and don't have to escalate this further. Your Milage MayVery, but I consistently have issues at this location. You are better off going to a different Wendy's location for your Frostyfix. I'd advise avoiding this location. Read more

1:05 Saturday afternoon we pull up to the drive thru. "My screen is froze up and I can't take any orders" is what greeted us.... "OK. We'll come in and order there". "Can't do that. We're short staffed and the dining room is closed". So we went to acompetitor down the street. How these places stay open is beyond me. Read more
