i went in to order, there was one woman working even tho there was a whole shift. she screamed out for help 3 times then the... manager on shift then got rude with the worker and said she was ?talking? to her friend the whole shift even tho the woman justwalked in to order as well and was extremely rude to her. which i?ve seen this manager talk out of way to her many times beforeand of course no one does nothing and for him to be rude to customers is crazy. Food was ready for pickup on time. Friendly service, also they helped me getting my order to the vehicle without having to ask.... Do to a broken foot, being on crutches is a pain trying to carry anything. Read more

Great place. Really improving from recent years. Haven?t been back for a while and I tried it again last week. I was pleasantly... surprised by how clean the restaurant was and how polite and nice the staff was. Best part was the food! That?s exactly how Iremember Pizza Hut tasting as a child! They messed up my order and tried to blame me for it, practically calling me a liar in front of other customers. I ordered two... toppings on my pizza, and they only put one of the toppings on it. I sent it back and told them to remake it, then they triedto tell me that I didn't order but the one topping on it. I confronted the girl who took my order in front of her boss, askingher why she didn't write in both toppings on the order, and she denied that I told her two toppings. I was then informed by themanager that out of 'courtesy' they were going to give me the extra topping for free - even though I paid for it. What a sham. I'm not going back. The staff who waited on me were very rude as well, including the assistant manager who rudely told me to'wait a minute' when I complained about my pizza being made the wrong way. The management was rude, calling me out like that infront of everyone, insinuating I was a liar in front of nearly a dozen people. I understand the customer is not always right,but in this case the customer WAS right. You can tell that place has went down hill, and even the DM who used the kitchen sinkfor a toilet treated his customers better than this. Read more
The food was okay and waitress was nice. But the restaurant was cold like they had air on. When we got to check out I saw the... cooks (two men) didnt have gloves on when making the food and I felt disgusted and will never eat here again. That is absolutelydisgusting!!!!!! Read more
