Stopped in for a quick bite. Ordered a combo and added a second Jr. Cheeseburger. Paid for all, received the combo, but not the... second cheeseburger. Didn't realize till I was driving out of town. Went through drive through at about 1:15 pm on sunday, ordered 1 item a son of baconator just the sandwich, got home opened the... bag and I get 2 pieces of bread and a burger patty and nothing else! Its a shame when your employees can't even get the one itemyou ordered correctly. Read more
I would give this place a one star if it wasn?t for the few workers who ACTUALLY helped. I was in line and they RE-TOOK MY ORDER... THREE TIMES BECAUSE THEY ?COULDNT GET THAT.? Also, I always order a peach tea by a specific worker (the one that actuallyhelped) and one worker said they ?didn?t have those.? There?s always a worker there and he?ll make me a peach tea every time Icome. Also, everything is WAY WAY WAY overpriced. Super annoying that they ?couldn?t get my order.? Wendy?s really went above and beyond, I went through the drive thru and they were very accommodating. I ordered extra cheese but... I felt like I wanted more and the kind through the drive thru was very backed up so even though the dining room was closed I wasallowed to come in and get the cups of cheese. This Wendy's tends to have its ebbs and flows. The last year or so, it seems like things have been on the better side. I... frequent this place about once a week. Food always comes out as ordered. Burgers are warm and tasty. Salads are crisp andfresh. I started using the mobile app as soon as it was available in our area, this Wendy's was one of the few restaurants thatdidn't treat mobile orders like a nuisance. Read more
While they did mess up my order they had no problem fixing it without any pouting or arguing or anything and even let me keep... the cheeseburger that was supposed to be a hamburger! Which my babies/dogs loved and appreciated very much! And no i could notjust puck the cheese off, my mom can Not eat cheese on her burgers and it was fresh and hot, therefore cheese was already meltedon and into the burgers! Read more
