I've always like our Arbys. The food is always good with fast service
Lady in the car ahead of us was rude, loud, "entitled", and verbally abusive. She drove away before receiving her 2nd batch of... food, which was a do-over. The crew hit the reset button in order to be pleasant with us. The crew took a full 15 minutes ofabuse before interacting with us, and they were very good natured and energetic. Daphne Alabama Location - it was getting late and I haven't had time to eat anything all day, I chose Arby's ...big mistake, I... get my food at the window and drive home, the roast beef was so hard and tasted burnt that I couldn't even eat it and I'm not apicky eater, you would have an easier time chewing through a leather shoe... If I don't get some kind of reply I'm going to haveto email corporate so we can find out how this horrible of an experience was even possible.very disappointed! Purchased a number 15 combo went home and my bacon jalapeño ranch wrap was thawing out. Threw the wrap away. Needs employees... that actually care about doing a quality job. Had to go somewhere else to have a meal and spend un necessary money. Read more
Food was old and overcooked. Got the bacon Swiss chicken sandwich meal. Fries were way to salty, sandwich was way old. Had parts... wich felt undercooked and overcooked. In house dining was unavailable due to lack of personnel, I appreciate those who want towork, just wish my meal was better. Read more
