The only reason I put one star cause it wouldn't let me leave a comment. But however the service is sad. I was there for dinner... after asking was my order correct. I was told yes I ordered 2 Bacon Whooper Meal.. However asked for a receipt couldn't beprinted at that time. Gets home and have nothing but a beef patty and bread. My experience at Burger King during breakfast was excellent. The cashier was friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in the... door. She made sure to get my order correct and was friendly my entire body. She even went out of her way to acknowledge myexperience and welcome me back as I was leaving. I went to this burger king around 908p Brittany(night manager/associate) was was the lady at the window who did not give me a... receipt. She and Cook are serving old food. I asked for a whopper meal and big fish meal both were OLD. The lettuce was brownmy fish sandwich bun was hard as rocks. And when I went back to ask for my money back she said I couldn't return it because Ididn't have the receipt. Lady you didn't give me a receipt you just gave me my card. Horrible customer service!!! Went for breakfast 2 for 5 double crosonwich with a coke and large hashbrowns. The crosonwich were cold and the hashbrowns were... old so I told the guy in the drive through and they proceeded to drop the same old hashbrowns in the grease then put it in abroken container. I am not taking this review down. This is the 2and time getting horrible food I will NOT be eating here again.If you want Burger King go to the one in fairhope or the new one across from paradise marine in gulf shores. Received a half-full box of large onion rings. Rip off! My daughter got a chicken sandwich with zero condiments, lettuce or... tomato. And it's not even chicken- it's a fish patty in the chicken wrapper. Do better Burger King! Read more
Ordered breakfast and coffee. When I got to the window they were out of creamer for coffee and he said they were out until... tomorrow. Paid by credit card but did not get a receipt. He said they were out of paper. He was apologetic. Totallydisappointing. Read more
