Love this franchise! So fun & healthy!
This place was a family treat and a special event place for us. Unfortunately, the quality of service, food, and hours have... declined. Some "flavors" are frequently unavailable, tables go uncleaned, and the experience is not pleasant and friendly as itwas when it first opened. Had to clean my table off for the second time and even my points did not add to my app account. Wastold, "I don't know what to tell you" when I expressed the issue. At times, some of the different creations "flavors" are not asforward or as pronounced as they were at one time. Read more
I would give it a five start rating if the workers young and old weren't so rude. The food makes up for the bad service and the... lack of attention to detail. We've been here a few times and have only received good service once. When we get it to go, there'salways someone with attitude and the the few times we've eaten inside it has taken over 15-20 minutes for us to get our order.We will more than likely not go back due to the service we've experienced so far.
