Love this franchise! So fun & healthy!
This place was a family treat and a special event place for us. Unfortunately, the quality of service, food, and hours have... declined. Some "flavors" are frequently unavailable, tables go uncleaned, and the experience is not pleasant and friendly as itwas when it first opened. Had to clean my table off for the second time and even my points did not add to my app account. Wastold, "I don't know what to tell you" when I expressed the issue. At times, some of the different creations "flavors" are not asforward or as pronounced as they were at one time. Read more
I would give it a five start rating if the workers young and old weren't so rude. The food makes up for the bad service and the... lack of attention to detail. We've been here a few times and have only received good service once. When we get it to go, there'salways someone with attitude and the the few times we've eaten inside it has taken over 15-20 minutes for us to get our order.We will more than likely not go back due to the service we've experienced so far. I would like to thank Chicken Salad Chick for the presentation of my food. As much as I eat here, I had a few little things that... wasn't to their standards but it wasn't bad. Today..is just ridiculous! I have a family member that works at a restaurant and Iknow for a fact; they go over and beyond on presentation...Daphne store...this is not it! Read more
Their chicken salads are delicious. I don?t recommend using DoorDash though. DoorDash advertised no delivery fee and there were... a couple fees on there, they just called them something else. Read more
It's a great place for chicken salad ????. So many different flavors to choose from. You can have it on a croissant, white or... wheat bread or just scoops of chicken salad without bread. You can get soups, fruit, broccoli salad or pasta salad for a side. Then with every order they give you a small lemon sugar cookie. Everything I've ordered has been awesome.
