Every single time I go here I regret it. There are more efficient drive-throughs in the area. You will sit at the menu for at... least 2 minutes before anyone even greets you. Every single time. Stopped going here due to the dirty environment and lack of getting order right. This is the worst coffee place ! It use to be a great stop -by. I guess they?ve changed management or something? I ordered a... pumpkin spice signature latte. This is what I received .. looks like pure milk with a dense shade of brown coloring. . Doesn?teven taste like pumpkin spice. Not even sure they used any coffee either !! For some reason this restaurant cannot operate efficiently. The wait is extremely long at the drive through and the counter. The... facility is very dirty and everything is sticky. As for the food, it is severely overheated in the oven. Wraps come out hard,the egg is dark brown and cheese cooked to the point where its just a black charcoal. That's if there even cooking, as of todaythe oven was broke. When the oven is working, then its a hit and miss if they have the product to even prepare. Terrible service. The two employees there were slow, and told me to wait while they made coffee. There was no one else in the... store but me? and I didn?t order coffee. Then, they?re making jokes to each other the whole time. Hardly any choice for donuts.Shouldn?t they be stocked through the day? as a donut place??another man came in, they were out of all of his choice of donuts,as well. Impressively slow, the floor is incredibly sticky and there is trash all over the floor and tables. Staff was nice after they... finally got to us. About 10 minute wait to order and an additional 6 minutes to get some cold brew coffee. Tastes good though. Read more
This has to be the absolute worst Dunkin in the country. The customer service is awful and their attitudes are definitely not... appealing either. If a negative star was available, that?s what they would get. I asked for a pumpkin spice and it was like Iwas asking for the winning lottery ticket. The coffee was barley room temperature. I know they will be just fine without mybusiness, however I will never darken their doorstep again. Read more
