Customer service was excellent! I called, despite the website said they didnt deliever in my area, the guy on the other end of... the line was fantastic! Very helpful and even gave me an accurate dead on eta! The pizza tasted like the delicious pizza hut 25years ago. I compared to pizza hut because it was my favorite back in the day. Today, in 2022, pizza chains are NOT as tastey asthey once were. Marcos brings back the good ole days when they put that TLC in making the pizza! Thanks to dominoes delivery guyeating parts of my pizza in Fairhope along with the managers response, I turned to Marcos and don't regret a second! Marcos isnow my go to number one! Read more
There were 2 of us and we had a pizza "bowl", and they were delicious. We have not had a regular pizza here yet (I say... "regular" because our bowls purposely had no dough), so I can't give it a five for their pizzas, but I can for their service,even for a takeout order. We will try the pizza. Soon. Read more
This place isn't half bad. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. Their pizza is actually darn good. Highly recommended... if you're tired of pizza hut, domino's or little ceasers. Read more

Great pizza! I went to pick up a carryout, but there was some sort of issue in the kitchen. Some confusion. My pizzas sat to... long The manager was great. Explained what happened and that she didn't feel like the quality would be good if I took those. Sherushed to remake my order and offered me a drink while I waited. I really appreciate her honesty and not letting me leave withcold pizza! Great job! Read more
EDIT: after a messed up order [photo attached] and filling out an online survey, the manager did send me an email with a... wonderful store credit for my next order [$15 off], to make up for the mess-up. VERY good store managment compared to some otherplaces I have had experience with! UNFORTUNATLY, I am required to *call* in order to get my credit on the next order... it wouldbe much prefered if I had been given a 'code' to use when ordering online. I paid full price tonight because I can't make thecall for personal reasons. Read more
Had a slight issue ordering tonight with a new employee. Owner/manager got on the phone and helped me. New employee was actually... correct. One pizza showed up off. Same gentleman from earlier in the day got on phone and immediately took care of it. He wasmore than willing to fix the issue for free but since I elected to keep the accidental delicious pizza I could not in allfairness ask for anything free. The staff here is fantastic, and ownership/management are phenomenal with customers. Have notenjoyed any pizza chain as much as Marcos, and have not enjoyed any location as much as this one. Love the food and the peoplethat work so hard so I can eat great food without much effort. Wish I could give you all 6 Stars. Read more
If you're a pizza conosur of sorts then you should do yourself the favor of the flavor and try a pie from these guys !
