Took 35 min to get the food, when I ordered the girl who took the order was unprofessional..got to the window they were on their... phone laughing at it...told me to go to the next window that girl was very sweet but still didn't get my food the manager cameto the window ans told me to pull to the 3rd window ... and then there were 6 other cars the told to do the same thing us alljust sitting in the parking lot waiting .. I never leave bad reviews but when I walked in to get my food there were 10 employeescutting up and laughing while all of us from the parking lot decided to come in ... they forgot 2 of my drinks and I had toremind them ..the fries were cold and old the burgers were cold only thing that was good about the meal was the tea.... needlessto say won't be going back ... Visited this location, during drive thru visit was told smoothie machine was down. Parked and went into location and ordered... smoothie and machine was operational. Terrible anti customer service behavior exhibited to the point that they will lie aboutavailability of products. My guess is she was too lazy to fix a smoothie during a shift she was paid to work. What is the pointof a drive thru if you will be lied to about product availability forcing customers to come inside and receive product that wasinitially said to be unavailable. The drive through is for convenience. Have sent email to store manager. Also note thatmanager on duty visibly seemed to be aware that this is what the worker was doing. Specifically looking for the pokemon happy meals? Pretty sure the staff has taken them all, as they don't have the cards to... give away. Management engagement from the corporate office is pretty low as well. They just don't seem to really care. They're making they're money either way it seems. Read more
The Fish Sandwich at this location have always been Hot an Fresh. Only issue have always had to park "it". All 4 reserved spots... were already full so they had us as well as others park in regular spots. 20 minutes later we received our food. Fresh, Hot angreat!!!!! The kid that gave us the food was cool. He asked us to check and make sure everything was right. These were the medium fries (I... ordered a large and the app changed it to medium) and they were half full. I meanm I've gotten more fries in a kids meal. Theice cream machine is always broken too.
