Almost 15 minutes waiting for 10 chicken nuggets. I was the only one waiting for food and the nuggets were barely warm. Did not... feel like wasting another 15 minutes to see how they could screw it up again. Order was taken and then i was ignored like I wasa inconvenience. So short staffed they can't help people order food, or fill the ketchup dispenser, rude and the place was empty but at least 6... tables were dirty from past customers. Got happy meals for my kids and let's just say McDonald's isn't such a happy placeanymore its done turned into 30 year old depressed jerry on his medication. One of the most polite and helpful McDonald's Crews I've had the pleasure of meeting! The lady at the first window helped me get... my order prepared correctly and she was UBER Understanding! The lady at the second window was prompt and my Frappè and foodorder were FRESH when she delivered them to me! Thoroughly impressed!!! Read more
This location is absolutely DISGUSTING. Tea was empty. Ice machine was pouring water. Will NOT be going back.
Absolutely worst McDonald's. Don't go here! I've come here 4 times in the last 2 weeks because the location was convenient.... Customer service is the worst, they don't even talk. Not a "thanks" or nothing from the cashier or the food handler. Food is subpar as well. We also paid for a kids slushie and after waiting 20 minutes for it we left without it. Management must be terriblebecause they have employees with terrible attitudes delivering poor service and bad food. Read more
When it comes to fast-food restaurants it's understandable the amount of customers and the short of staff. However, this has... been by far the worst customer service from the front people. To start with all of my order was wrong when I received it and Iwas charged stuff that I didn't order. I was missing an item and when I went to ask for it Daniel the cashier just saw me leftand when he came back he still ignored me. No one had helped me but when another customer got close as well he got helpedregardless of me being infront. Read more
Went through there today and the girl taking my order cut me off after every word. I wasn?t finished ordering before she cleared... the screen and thought a new customer pulled up and then got an attitude because I had not finished. My order was very short andsimple too. When I pulled up she had still had an attitude. The receipt machine was broken of course. My food was cold andsmashed and my fries were half empty. I?ve never been someone to write a bad review, but this was TERRIBLE! From the food to thecustomer service! Sad that this place has people like that working for them. So unprofessional. Worst McDonald's EVER! Waited 30 minutes for a coffee and just ended up asking for a refund. And I had to ask 3 times to 3... different people before it actually got given to me. The staff didn't seem to care. One young guy walked around like he hatedhis job and was mumbling complaining about the customers. Never gonna go again. Read more
