Fun atmosphere. Food was tasty. We sat outdoors. It looked like they had a space for live music but there wasn't any the night... we went. It had been rainy all day but was dry by the time we arrived. There were only a couple others there when we were there.So no wait and the food was fast. Gave Moe's a try the other day. Neat little out of the way place. I liked the atmosphere. The staff was very nice. Fast service.... I ordered the 4 bone rib platter and they gave me 6 anyway! Food was good. I would have liked to see a better rub on the ribs.Seemed to be salt and pepper only. But they were well cooked. House made chips and the baked beans had a good flavor I had nothad before. I'd go back ???? Read more
An eclectic little BBQ joint near the beach with delicious BBQ of all kinds. We had the Wednesday special, Brisket, as a... platter. Came with choice of 2 sides & cornbread, I had the usual southern sides, potato salad & baked beans, DEEE-LISH. Mrs.Turtle had a cucumber salad and homemade chips, her reaction was...????. Mr.& Mrs Turtle both had the Wednesday Special, Brisket. I had the side of baked beans, potato salad & cornbread. Mrs. Turtle... had a cucumber salad and their homemade chips and cornbread. All combinations were YUMMY and we highly recommend. To bad wecouldn't eat more 'cause they had a menu of Southern barbecue delights, y'all need to go and let US know what you think. The red beans and rice were the best I've ever had. Wish they would open a location in Texas! Loved the white sauce combined... with their BBQ sauce. Delicious! The turkey, chicken and ribs were my favorites on the combination plate. Read more
As soon as I walked into this place I knew it was gonna be good. I love the smell of bbq joints. But the food was even better.... Tried their smoked Turkey Sandwich, Pulled Pork Sandwich, and their pickled coke slaw. Both sandwiches were out of this world. Icould eat both of those on a weekly schedule if I lived close by. But the surprise super star was their coleslaw.Un-freaking-believable!!! The flavor was definitely on point. Great job to this crew. Read more
