I was very disappointed. It wasn't necessarily the customer service, it was the food. This was suppose to be a crispy chicken... sandwich. Not only was the tomatoes bigger than the chicken patty itself, the chicken was so hard and obviously overcooked. Idon't see how someone would even serve this to a customer when I dang well know none of the employees would've even taken a biteout of it. Not only did it look like this but how in the world a french fry got in between the bun and chicken on the other sideis beyond me. I left a 5 star review before, but now, I'm not even sure if it deserve 1 star. Every time I have came to thisSonic lately it has been terrible! I wish I would've had more time to be able to go in and complain but some of us do not havethat luxury. I dont recommend coming here until they get it together. I'm not sure if I'll ever come back to this location.Nothing like having 4 bites of chicken on a $9 chicken sandwich meal. Read more

The thing with chain restaurants is consistency is expected. On 9/7/22, around 7:30pm, we ordered 2 bacon toaster burgers and a... nerds slushy with extra nerds. Neither burger had the onion ring on it, which is 90% why someone orders that instead of aregular bacon cheeseburger. The nerds slushy did not have nerds mixed in, there were some sprinkled on top. My diet coke was forone, cream colored, indicating low syrup. Why they put a lid on it knowing it's low, well I don't know why. We brought it totheir attention and they offered a diet Dr pepper instead (which was fine). We opted not to bring up the other issues becausethese days nobody can be trusted and they likely would have spit in our food because it would have required them to do morework. Investing in a supervisor for different shifts that actually cares about quality enough to watch things that are going onor not going on, may help Sonics reputation. Thank God we can go to a place called Chic FIL A and still get quality. Yall needto follow suit. Read more

They weren't busy went through the drive-through no one in line ahead of me Took several minutes for someone to even acknowledge... i was there. Pulled up to the window to get my food window had paper taped over it so no one can see in. Took forever to getmy order. The chili had been scorched. Amongst roller sticks tasted like they had been sitting out under the warmer for a longtime. The strawberries in my strawberry lemonade tasted spoiled. What little bit of the kitchen I can see when they opened upthe window. Look like a complete disaster rundown and just nasty. The appearance of the entire facility look rundown. Read more

Pregnant and had a late night craving for cheese sticks? went to this location and was so impressed! Both employees were so nice... and the cheese sticks were HOT and FRESH! This store I tell ya, the stalls are closed, I ordered on the app otw home from work, you know, TO SAVE TIME. Anyway 20 minutes... later after setting in the wrapped around drive thru, got my prepaid for drinks. The time before same thing(several weeks ago)the time before that they were out of what I wanted, on and on everytime. Must be absolutely awful Management. I am a GM and inmy business we struggle with staffing as well, but the job gets done regardless. Read more

I got here at 10:20 and it took about 30 minutes to get to the order menu. The person asked for a minute before they could take... my order, then never spoke to me again. This was at 10:49. I watched the 3 cars in front of me slowly get their food and leave.The last car in front of me got their food at 10:58 while I was still sitting at the menu being intentionally ignored. Once thebag of food was passed off, the window worker pumped their arms into the air and left. The shift manager came over and took thetill, then left. They close at midnight, but decided tonight they would close at 10:49 and leave me sitting at the speaker.There were about 6 people in line behind me and I guess they wanted to waste my time and use me to block off the order menu. Thereason this Sonic has had their drive through glass punched out has something to do with the worthless managers who engage inthis behavior, I would imagine. Read more

It?s been a very long time sense I?ve had a pleasure able experience at any sonic. But this morning the lady at the drive... through window was very nice, and when the gentleman brought me my food he said sorry for the wait and I hadn?t even been likewaiting long. The employees are now people friendly and the food is much better. The new GM must be doing a great job. Read more

Horrible food and a terrible waste of money! I took one bite and it went straight to the trash, it had an off taste. The picture... does not do it justice. It's the size of a child's meal. The bun is about 4 inches in diameter. Soggy chicken and barely anymayonnaise. Now I have a stomach ache. I want my money back! Read more
