A huge shout out to the employees. They get 5+ stars. I only have 4 because of the manager. 8am? drive thru line wrapped... around building, people lined up with online orders waiting that are 20 minutes behind schedule, walk ups ordering andwaiting?.and this is the time the manager decides to go outside and raise umbrellas and wipe off the outside tables???? Howabout helping the staff getting their a@@es kicked just trying to keep up??? If you can?t contribute as a manager, you havefailed your team!!! Read more

Store was totally packed this morning! Someone put in a stupid large order and backed it all up. The crew was hustling as fast... as they could. But, their attitudes were still positive, in large part because of the great spirit and encouragement of Renee,to them and the customers! Great customer service, fast paced and perfect beverage. I mobile ordered because they were a bit busy and it did not take long... to receive. Jared was as t the front bar and had the perfect connections with every guest he encountered while I waited. Willvisit again! Read more
