Whenever I go through the drive thru my order is great and my regular smoothie (detox green island) is always delicious ???? but... for whatever reason when I get it delivered, which is frequently because I don't live in the area, my order is always wrong. Iam allergic to banana so I always request no banana and everytime they put it in there and never give me my lime straw. I havetried to call and figure out why but no one answers the phone ?? Would love to get a response on how to fix this issue....onethat isn't an automated message telling me to go to their website. Read more
I have dined here several times and will continue to because the food is just that good. There?s a great selection and... everything is prepared fresh and delicious. This trip was a drive-through window service and the person working the window coulduse a little bit more friendliness or pep or something to make the customers feel appreciated, but other than that it was agreat visit. i ordered a chicken quesadilla from here and got the thinnest, driest, grossest cheese quesadilla ever. my boyfriend ended up... eating it because he was hungry but his turkey sandwich was supposed to be without tomatoes and they forgot that too. they alsotook forever taking our order and we were so polite and understanding until we got home and saw this. the one in mobile is somuch better they actually cook it and put a good amount of meat and cheese this was just extremely disappointing. at this pointsmoothie king is better. now we gotta get something later because we?re still hungry. thanks for nothing Read more
Thank you for a nice lunch. Your employee at the drive through was nice and opened the lobby when I told her that it was closed,... but there was no sign (which is annoying to find out after you?ve parked and unpacked your stroller only to have to walk back tothe car to pack it up to go through the drive through). But when I was enjoying my lunch in the grass I saw that other familieswere going in and they had opened the doors which was good. That?s my only negative feedback - just put up a lobby closed signif closed. Great location with nice grass to sit and eat in the sunshine. Read more
I have always loved Tropical Smoothie and visit quite frequently, but today was a travesty! I ordered my usual. An all American... wrap has egg, bacon, and cheese toasted. Not very impressed sadly. It seems to be a hit or miss whenever I come to this location which sucks considering how much I pay... for one smoothie. The past two times I have been here they?ve messed up a smoothie to where I can?t drink it. Pensacola?slocation is a far beyond better experience. Read more
