The worst zaxbys location. Have debated posting, but it is consistently horrible. We?ve gotten kids meals without any food in... them. Chicken with a bite taken out inside our fried pickle box, old cold fries. And they never remember sauces. Go to any otherzaxbys and save yourself the trouble and wasted money. Read more

Food is OK. BBQ sauce is weird. My biggest pet peeve and the reason I will not come back is being charged 30 cents for tap... water on my $30 order. I don't spend my money at places that charge you for tap water when you are ordering food. Sorry. Read more

Overall, it was $10 more for the chicken than foosakleys for worse quality food. Chicken was over-breaded, fatty, or too tiny... and just a bunch of crust. Fries and cheese curds got cold within a 10 min car ride home with the heater on. No choice insauces. Ordering was difficult as we were unable to hear/understand the associate over the speaker. I wish to say that we'll beback, but I doubt we will. One would think it'd be better after 4 years, but it's only gotten worse. Read more

Ok.... I had a reply from Zaxby's because I gave them 3 stars..... they wanted to know what they would have to do to get 5....... Well.... Honestly it was my first time trying Zaxby's and I wasn't very impressed... The chicken and fries tasted like they werefried in old grease!!! this location is typically great. fast, fresh food, friendly service, but I have to give it a 1 star due to one too many... incidents with 2 female employees I?ve encountered on night shift. they are obviously friends, both blonde, look high schoolage. very unprofessional. tonight my family and I received what was obviously an old batch of fries, mushy with no seasoning atall. the chicken was fine and sauces were correct, but when i open my box of fried pickles i find half a chicken tender on top?I probably won?t return for a while Read more
