This is the worst Domino?s EVER do not waste your time or money!! I order a delivery order on Friday night and did not receive... all my food I called October 14, 2022 and they promised they would deliver my food back to me which I did not get. My pizza wassupper cold and the Philly cheese steak pizza was not all the way cooked when I called today October 15,2022 at 12:00pm ask tospeak to the manger who was super rude and would not provide her name nothing was handled I will never order from here again! If I could give this location 0 stars I freaking would . , it saddens me to come to you with this feedback. I have been a... frequent loyal customer of domino?s for years of all different locations . But tonight with this particular experience I had atthe 150 S Darby pa 19023 location I will not be recommending or returning to any of the domino?s locations. At 9:17 pm Lastmight me and my family placed a order the associate who answered the phone informed us it would be a 2 hour wait for delivery .Well the third order rolled around and we did a a follow up call with them . The same assoicate picked up with a contempt toneof voice . I said yes this is the household of the order for the two pizzas and alferndo bowl . The man told me he had placedthe wrong address down for my order he said it never left the store it was going to be a longer wait . I hung up and consultedmy family we called back the assoicate answered with the same contempt in his voice my partner told him. We never longer wantedthe order and wanted a refund he snickered and said cool and hung up on him . This kind of behavior is unprofessional ,unethical , dishonest and unexpectable . This behavior brings down a business . We will be contacting our bank to confirmthe refund was made if not further actions will be taken. Ordered cheese bread and wings and everything was raw. Literally the chicken was RAW!! If we would have eaten this, we would... have gotten sick! Called the establishment to request refund and no apology, just a laugh when I said this is raw and cannot beconsumed! Was told my funds would be back in my card by tomorrow. Order took 2 hrs to get to my house. I live 6 minutes away from the store. I canceled the order after 1 1/2 hours. Never got my... refund after 7 whole business days. Customer service is trash. Fire every employee and shut this store down. Read more
