The hostess was playing the racial profiling game, she allowed 3 set of guests to go in front of us, when I asked her about... this, she stated that the waitress said it was okay for them to sit first, and we're next, that was a lie, because another setof 3 people's went before us again, now I'm upset, went back up there again, she kept saying you're sitting now, Go get yourmanager. The manager comp 1/2 our meal, the compensation I was looking for for, people's treating other right, no matter whoyou are, what color you are. P.S. my grandson was there, he witnessed this, ????. This Red Robin used to be a fun kid friendly restaurant. The past couple times we've been there, however, there was only one... waiter for the entire restaurant, including the bar. He really tried his hardest to joke around with everyone and give as muchattention as he could, but he was worn down. I felt bad eating there after realizing what all he was doing. Pleasantly surprised. We ordered their pizza....yes, very good & affordable. We like a thin crust. Good atmosphere there.

seems management and rod robin do not treat or pay their employees well enough to keep the staff employed. for the past few... months anytime we went their always over a 45 min wait and they would say its because they don't have enough staff. pretty sadred robin treat your staff better! Read more

My meal was good but when I got home and reviewed the email of my bill they charged a $2,50 Entertainment fee. I assume this is... for the tablet which I used only to look at the deserts menu and pay my bill. I will not use the tablets again if I go back Iwill make them run my card. Food was good. But was never asked about getting more fries. Or refills on drinks. Waitress passed us up to check on other... tables. We have my 10 month old with us and got a high chair. She was a sleep in her car seat so I was waiting for her to wakeup while we were waiting for food. Waitress asked if she could take the high chair because it was in the way. There was seating in the bar. It has been our experience that bar seating equals not good service. The dinning room was 95%... empty. We were told there would be a 10 minute wait. If you need to pay staff better to get help I would think you would doit. We walked out after a 10 minute wait. Read more
