We?d give this experience 5 stars but we had stale chips and the pico was not the freshest. The meat portions need to be larger... than what?s given. We overheard a few customers telling the servers to at more meat to their meals and we couldn?t blame themonce we saw what we got. Overall taste of our meals was good but left more to be desired. Good food but the temperature in the restaurant is extremely cold and the line is usually very long!! We couldn?t even eat in... the restaurant because we ran out of time due to the long line. I told the woman multiple times that my toddler got a glutenallergy and she didn?t even changed the gloves? apart from that, it was hard to communicate in English with the employees! Read more
The worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Perpetually understaffed with new employees every week, seemingly. If you order on the app... over dinnertime expect to wait 30-60 minutes later than the promise time, meanwhile in person orders are getting fulfilled rightaway. And there's always something wrong with the order. I'm done giving the benefit of the doubt and will never step foot inhere again. Management needs to take a serious look at what they are doing. The people are nice and the food is what you?d expect from Chipotle, but the operations of this location are a hot mess. ... Online/app orders give pickup estimates that are ludicrously wrong. I came to pickup an order for 6:10 with my toddler in thecar and we were in and out 7 times until it was finally ready after 7. I get places have off nights, but this seems to be thenorm every time I?ve ordered here. Read more
First time there so the servers were very helpful and friendly. The 3 Tacos were delicious- over stuffed with plenty of rice,... beans, steak/shredded beef & shredded pork. Tomatoes, peppers, lettuce and an ample portion of well blended GUACAMOLE!!!!Fantastic tasty and filling meal... and not expensive. Highly recommended. Read more
The eating area is disgusting. Trash is all over the table, the garbage cans are overflowing onto the floor, and there is no... cleaning attempt whatsoever. And the online orders are delayed by over 30 minutes around lunchtime. Read more
HORRIBLE PLACE! I ordered through the app and when I got there my order was clearly forgotten about! The woman doing my order... did not know what she was doing I had to walk her through every step! There was NOTHING available! No beans, no rice no lettuceand over all, I added guacamole to both my bowls and since there was no guacamole I got none and still wasn?t able to get moneyback for that nor was I compensated for them not having the majority of the items that I PAID for.
