Worst experience with Dunkin till date. I ordered an iced coffee and after tasting it, I could tell it was burnt/ overdone. I... informed the lady about it and instead of being helpful, she started telling me how expresso tastes. It wasn?t my first timehaving coffee from Dunkin. I told her that I?ve had coffee multiple times from them and it has never tasted this bitter andburnt. She had no intentions of helping me, but had an attitude to throw at me. Worst customer service.
