Worst experience with Dunkin till date. I ordered an iced coffee and after tasting it, I could tell it was burnt/ overdone. I... informed the lady about it and instead of being helpful, she started telling me how expresso tastes. It wasn?t my first timehaving coffee from Dunkin. I told her that I?ve had coffee multiple times from them and it has never tasted this bitter andburnt. She had no intentions of helping me, but had an attitude to throw at me. Worst customer service. Stale day old bagels. Disgusting. Manager said they were made this morning. Impossible. Bagels don?t get rock hard by 130pm
went in on a tuesday morning and these two girls were giving them HELL at the register "we TRIIIIED to call but no one is... picking up and i need this stuff now!" after they had apparently picked up an online order and had under ordered for their team.the staff remained calm and got them everything within 10 minutes. these girls were reaching behind the register, grabbing stuffthat wasn't ready but they just wanted, so messy. but the staff? calm and professional.
