Employees are always friendly. However, freezing AC and loud soundtrack make the place unappealing and unfit for any activity... that goes beyond taking-away. Also, everything is so absurdly expensive. But this could be said about any Starbucks. Read more

Quick and efficient service with top quality brews and service. As well as friendly & professional baristas that, unfortunately... you can't even tip unless you do so with cash. I feel they're missing out big time, if any of the higher ups are reading this,it'd be worth it to allow tips through credit/debit as well. Read more
I called the store to speak to a manager just to ask for a certain cup and if it could be ordered for me since I read about the... stores are able to do that. Some kid name BRAD answered the phone and was nice at first until I asked for a manager . I was verynice about it. He put the phone down thinking he put me on hold/mute and I could hear him talking to the shift supervisor whichwas a female and saying how an annoying customer was on the phone asking for a manager. He came back to the phone and said theydidn?t have it, So then I asked him the question if it could be done as a special order and he put the phone down again thinkinghe put me on mute/hold and told the shift supervisor that I was insisting on talking to a manager and that I wouldn?t take nofor an answer! Also that I was being annoying! Which all of that was NOT TRUE! I asked a question and was not insisting ontalking to a manager! Listen BRAD! Next time you want to talk about a customer behind the phone, think first because you neverknow who could be listening, treat people how you would want to be treated! because what you did was extremely unprofessional.I?ve worked in retail for 14 years and this is not how I would treat a customer! I came here trying to redeem a coupon a got from uber. The Barista Saul treat me really good and beyond, way much better... experience than earlier in the morning in another Starbucks in Stanford (I will never go back there). Thank you Saul!!! Read more
