Horrible service , we are foreign tourists with language limitations but we understand and speak it just takes a little longer... for the answers . The staff were rude and xenophobic as I explained about the language. The food was poorly cooked because ofthat and on top of that there was no one to serve only my family. Terrible attendance. Worst Customer Service! I stopped by this subway at 7:15am today. One girl at the station with worst attitude. Nobody deserves... such a horrible treatment first thing in the morning, especially when you are driving for 6 hrs straight. If I was the owner ofthis place, I?d fire that girl. This place is wonderful. Greatest customer service. I wish I knew the name of the gentleman who made our sandwiches but he was... hysterical, kind and efficient. Really felt like we went to a comedy show while being serviced. Huge shout out to him! Read more
It's super expensive, I get that it's on interstate 95, but the service and time it takes for them to even start making your... sandwich is ridiculous. Not to even mention that I stopped going there because of sanitary issues. Workers touching things andnot changing gloves, then putting their hands in the veggies. GROSS!!!!!!! Read more
TERRIBLE customer service. I would give 0 star if I could. I requested the worker to change his gloves before making my... sandwich. He just gave me a huge attitude. All I was trying to tell him is that I cannot eat pork and for my peace of mind,please change your gloves before making my sandwich. Then he just walked away and told me that talk to the manager of you want.The workers were defending him. The manager did absolutely NOTHING. It was a simple request. Amazing sandwich !!!! Great care given to my order. I?m so happy ! Khalife and Valerie were so quick, courteous, and efficient... in helping out their customers. There were plenty of people and orders ahead of me. I was helped before I could consider goingelsewhere. I was greeted with a smile and willingness to help with my crazy order. There was this one unpleasant customer whowas slowing down the line with his heckling. Khalife dealt with him in a responsible and professional manner without slowing theline down at all. I was impressed. I wish more subway employees could be like the ones who helped me tonight. We hope to seethem again when driving this direction. Read more
